Performs functions as delegated by the RN according to the Nurse Practice Act and as noted in the following job descriptionfor the critical care tech. Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- One year healthcare experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Graduate of state-certified EMT-B program with IV certification required.
- BLS through American Heart Association is required.
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).
