Coram/CVS Health is looking for a detail-oriented customer service professional to join our Rancho Cordova team as an Fax Triage Coordinator! This rewarding opportunity allows you to gather and distribute medical records for new referrals while entering patient profiles into Coram’s nationwide database. We believe that Fax Triage Coordinators are a key part of creating a positive experience for our patients receiving in-home infusion therapy. Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal/written communication skills and computer skills in order to ensure accurate data is being entered into Coram’s national database.

As a Fax Triage Coordinator, you will
* Work with the branch Admissions team to gather documentation for new patient processing.
* Respond to electronic referrals by creating Patient Intake Form within a short deadline
* Review faxes received from MD office and hospitals on new and existing patients.
* Verify information on incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in sorting documents in our electronic filing system for billing.
* Assist with cancelling patient accounts for those entered in error.

This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday - Friday, with a set 8 hour shift between 7:00AM - 6:00PM, with an opportunity for over-time per business need.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum year experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
* Data entry experience.
* Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.

Preferred Qualifications
* Home infusion or durable medical equipment (DME) experience.
* Experience work in a healthcare environment.
* Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations.

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
